Roland Lavern Powell, better known as Comedian Lil Duval was arrested and booked into Dekalb County Jail on Christmas Eve for failing to appear in court on a traffic violation in Clay County FL. In true Lil Duval fashion, the comedian takes to Twitter to chronicle his Holiday spent behind bars.
